and Dr. Bilal was saying that to be in a mosque for that is a must even for women , giving example the wifes of the Prophet (saws), they went to the mosque for the fajer prayer and the isha prayer also while in Medinah and he said that if they could do this good deed from home they would not have gone to the mosque . So this is an indication that this shoud be done after praying fajer in Jamaa’ even for women . What is your opinion on this. I live in Khamis Mushayt , the people here are very nice but very conservative I don’t know if it is appropriate for me to be the only woman going to fajer prayer.

This is correct! it has to be in a masjid and in congregation.
However, if a woman prays it home anticipating the reward from Allah because she obeyed the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam when he said that her prayer in her home is better for her, I believe that if she does that with this intention, Allah will reward her more than that woman who goes out and prays in the masjid.
