No, you can not. You must make your Ihram from Jeddah as long as you intended it from there.

I am living in Jeddah. My Question is: Can i go to Ayesha Mosque and wear Ihram from there and perform for Hajj?

Is it MAKROOH to perform Umrah from 09th Zil Hajja to 13th Zil Hajja? If your answer is yes, is there any specific reason for this? What about those people who are resident of Mecca? Cant they perform Umrah during this period as all the Haajis are in Mina during these days?
