This labeling is wrong as no one has the right to say that an individual is or is not a Mujtahid. Besides, this will lead for people to close the door of Ijtiihad forever.

How can we refute the claim of muqqalids that none of the present day scholars (not even Shaykh Uthaymeen, Shayk Ibn Baaz, Shaykh Albaani) due to their lack of sufficient knowledge, are not fit to be called mujtahids and therefore should not try to derive

Shaykh, if a man is living in a non-muslim contry and is the only son living with his parents. And he does not desire that anyone else do any job, rather he has left his education so that he may be able to financial provide his old parents But the problem is that the job he got is at a hindu’s place. He did ask his boss if he can take small breaks for salah but boss explicitly rejected. What should the guy do? If he gets emotional and suddenly leaves his job then he doesn’t know when will he get another job as he isn’t much educated and he is the one who is suppose to provide to his old parents. What should he do?
