ANSWER:

He must sit back immediately, make tashahhud and make sujood as sahu at the end after salam and make another salam. 

Sheikh…if a person stands instead of sitting for tashahhud in second rakah of fajr salah and after standing he remembers ..what should he do ..sit back to tashahhud or something else
