It is not permissible to have tattoos done to someone else or to havethem done on you. The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam cursed those whodo that.
But if a person had done these tattoos and now has repented, Allahwill forgive him. If he is able to remove them without any harm on him or
her, this is recommended. If not, this is permissible.
