ANSWER:

This is not permissible and defies the purpose of the curfew! Pray the normal 4 rakahs of dhuhr and you can pray this in congregation at home. 

In view of recent times when masjids are being shut to avoid gatherings, is it appropriate to arrange khutbah in house and offer jumuah?. Also can neighbours join for salah?

I had been regular with fajr .Lately I have noticed it has became a challenge.I developed an issue with my knee cus of which i have to sit most of the time also pray sitting down.When i wake up from sleep i have pain,close alarm lie down,and sleep through fajr.My day is spent watching Islamic videos,learning Quraan, Facebook,whatsapp. Nothing haram. I pray other prayers on time.
