ANSWER:

If you’re going alone with him, this is not permissible at all because he’s a non mahram to you and Prophet salla Allahu Alaihi wa sallam said that the the brother in law is death! 

You must observe complete hijab in front of him and never chit-chat, hang out or socialize with him, not even in family gatherings so there’s no question of going out alone with him.

Whenever i have to go anywhere to hospital or to buy anything or in any emergency if my husband is busy he told me to go with my brother in law but i dont want to go with him but my husband forces me to go with him is it permissible to go?

My husband says that if you want to keep me happy for my sake you have to serve my mother as i say, as it’s Allah’s command to keep husband happy and also he is providing me food house etc. So it’s my turn to repay him.
