Do we have to pre set the Surahs that will be recited in the prayer or do we recite what comes to mind when started praying?

I have set my alarm on fajr time. sometimes when it rings, I feel lazy to wake up and then I tell myself that I will wake 5 minutes after, sometimes I just stop the alarm and continue my sleep. Am I sinful for that?
