ANSWER:

Offering salutation upon the prophet salla allahu alaihi wa Sallam after reading your thikr is not from the sunnah. 

. I wanted to know after every fard prayers , I do dhikr then recite Allahumma Sali Wa Salim Alaa nabiyyinaa Muhammadin is this Authentic to do ?

Here, congregation for Asr salah starts at 5:15pm while maghrib is at 6:38pm. Should i pray Asr at the starting time 4pm as the best deed is to perform salah at starting of time or i should pray in congregation at 5:15pm with them.
