ANSWER:

It’s not permissible to startle or scare a muslim. However, if you were a kid and not an adult, you’re not responsible even if she miscarried because of this incident. 

Whn I was 10 I startled a muslim woman when she was coming out from her house.I didnt have any intention I was just a kid and it was only a joke. A couple weeks later she said she miscarried her child because of what I did.I didn’t know at that time that she was pregnant.She blames me until now(24 y.o.)for what I did. Did I kill the baby in the womb? What should I do?
