ANSWER:

Completing the Quran during Ramadan is not compulsory, rather its highly recommended during Ramadan and even outside Ramadan (completing it every month). 

You can complete it till the last day of Ramadan, regardless of when laylatul qadr is.

Sheik, is it compulsory to complete quran individually till lailathu qadar or we can take extra days after lailathu qadar.

I heard that one can recite Quran from Apps without ablution. I am curious that if I recite Quran by a mobile apps and a sujud ayat comes, do I need to perform ablution if I didn’t before? 1.
