ANSWER:

It is valid as long as the father (wali) of the girl gave consent to this marriage and there were two male witnesses present. So called “molvi” has no impact on the validity of the marriage! 

Sheikh my question is Nikkah that was supervised by molvi who is bidaati is nikkah valid??

In India, people have started a new tradition. When the Imam recites/reads the NIKAH contract of the couple, he does not mention the amount the MAHR (DOWRY). Is NIKAH (marriage contract) valid? Because earlier, the person reciting/reading the NIKAH used to mention the dowry amount like fr SR 5000/-, this marriage contract has been done.
