ANSWER:

You are a traveler if this is not your hometown. If this is not your city and you had not settled there, you can shorten and combine. Your uncle staying there doesn’t make any difference. 

Sheikh can i combine prayer while i am in city where i don’t have home but my uncle has his home in that city?

While praying with imam, the imam went to ruku while I was still reciting my fatiha;I went into ruku and imam got up while I was about to complete first tasbeeh of ruku… I considered this rakah to be invalid and as the imam said tasleem I got up and prayed one more rakah and then only said tasleem… Your thoughts and Solution please InshaAllah?
