ANSWER:

No problem in doing sajda of tilawah during these times. 

The prohibition is only for praying voluntary prayers during forbidden times.

When listening or reading the Quran after Asr and before Maghreb or after Fajr and before Sunrise, can I prostrate when coming up a sajda or should I avoid reciding/listening to surats with a Sajda during those times?
