This, you have to see a Muslim surgeon who would be more able to judge your situation from a medial point of view. I believe that the whole foreskin must be removed so that the head would be exposed and wouldn’t leave any room for germs and impurities to collect.

Does Islam don’t support and adoption at all if we adopt baby from the day baby is born. can baby girl be adopted while having a real daughter is this allowed cause it will be a baby girl not bay boy?
