ANSWER:

This is not permissible as it is imitating the disbelievers. Real Muslim couple enjoy the Marriage all year round and not one day a year! 

Is it permissible to celebrate wedding anniversary within the spouses. Just like going for a dinner,, gifting each other without posting in social medias??
