ANSWER:

The Sunnah is to do it the next day, after consumating the marriage.

However, no problem in delaying it as per your convenience. 

 

When should the valima/feast be held? right after nikkah gets over/next day or can it be after a few days or even after a month?

Suppose during aqd nikah mahr is written as 200000 tk, but with the intention that 70000 is obligatory to pay (as husbands capacity is low) and the remaining are optional for the husband, its totally up to him will he pay it or not? Is this type of condition allowed?
