No problem in availing these discounts as long as you’re not celebrating their falsified festivals. 

If a Muslim go to a restaurant or shop there celebrate Non Muslim Festival Discount Offer and food items is also based on their culture. Can a Muslim eat those restaurant or buy a product from that shop which is related to Non Muslim Festival offer.
