ANSWER:

Such a person is a blind follower and is not allowed to give fatwa!

Sheikh my question is that is it permissible to ask for solutions from a mufti or aalim who strictly follows and defends his madhab and is not ready to accept any other thought even if it is closer to quran and Sunday.

I follow the hanafi school of thought but if there is an certain matter based on salah or anything else and I find an opinion and authentic hadith and I find that imam shafi’s opinion is more correct then Abu hannifa can I respectfully follow that opinion of imam shafi as I do research and look into all the imams views and ask scholars etc

Can a Muslim following the Hanafi madhab, do Rafa ul Yadain, fold his hands on chest in prayer, and pray Witr with two salams method? I am afraid because i know that a person should stick to his particular madhab. But i have read and heard that these practices i mentioned are more authentic and i am afraid that leaving them would lead to leaving a sunnah or to sin.
