ANSWER:

This is not permissible. As long as the money was an investment and not a loan, he must share the profit as well as loss. 

My bro in law invested money with my husband. At that time it was decided that he will get profit per month and when the contract of actual owner finishes the amount invested will be returned to my husband and my brother in law. He was also working in the same company.He got profit for 7 months.Then they had business loss and my brother in law wants all money back.what is the ruling now?
