ANSWER:

Allah accepts all those who come back to Him in repentance and He forgives all those who express remorse. 

This individual must be treated as the gender he was born with. What he or she changed themselves to is unacceptable and doesn’t count.

If someone who is transgender (completely gone through sex change operation) and wants to revert to islam & repent. What is the ruling on such a person? Which gender is that person classified as? And is the person allowed to marry as it will be considered homosexuality.
