ANSWER: 

If he associates others with Allah and calls them for benefit and seeks refuge in them from harm, he is mushrik and can’t be believing in Allah while doing this.

sheikh, if someone commits major shirk like taking peers or dead as an interediary to reach Allah etc out of ignorance but he belives in Allah , the six pillars of faith and his Messenger(sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) competely is he still destined for eternal hellfire? Please elaborate

I would like to ask from you that, I heard in your lecture that if anyone is giving presentation in front of their office staffs & CEO, board of directors & the person utter from his mouth that We did this or achieved this? Is this shirk by word if he know very clearly that everything is happening by Allah & this feeling he has inside his heart.
