ANSWER:

This is permissible if they have an open permission from the sibling to do this. 

This question was by my friend and I too have doubts about this. Can one use their siblings items without informing. Like Clothes, bags which usually keep in moms house.

I have parents who follow religion but Treat their own children unfairly. As Allah is my witness, despite of having a difficult childhood, I forgave my parents because they have rights on me. I tried to be there for them to the best of my capabilities but I feel that my other siblings always get more attention & love than me. There’s no talking to my parents about how I feel i tried but no use.
