Where is it written that you have to live with your entire extended family.
This is hindu culture, it has nothing to do with Islam. You should be grateful that your wife is agreeing to live with your parents, even though she’s not obliged to do that.
Get this new place for her and yourself but if your parents don’t agree to live with you then you should visit them on a regular basis so that you are available whenever they need you.

My wife urges me to live away from my original relatives but she is fine to have my parents in a new place. But my parents want to live in old house joint family with other relatives also. I feel its unfair from wife & Islamic perspective. If I leave, then I go against ‘Ihsaan’ towards parents because they’ll be called as leftovers by people. Now what to do?
