what is the time we should stop eating at suhoor. As soon as the azhan is called out i tell my kids to drink water is it ok. I heard that after 2 nd azhan u should stop eating but here where i live in dammam only one azhan is given. Please clarify regarding this.

If a person does suhoor and keeps fast then travels the same day to another country and reaches there before the iftar time . At what time should he do the iftar? Shud it be at the magrib azaan of the new country to which he has travelled Or according to the time of the previous country where he did the suhoor?
