If he intended it as divorce, it counts as one divorce.

Does saying “I give you freedom from me, you can go back to your parents”. Count as 1 Talaaq / Divorce ??

My husband used to drink alcohol and when ever i ask not to do that he recite kalma that he will not do that again and then he go there again and consume alcohol repeatedly. Once I asked him that if he ever consume alcohol again , will i be divorced and he said yes if he ever do that again you get 3 divorces and after 10 minutes he went to alcohol party and consumed alcohol. is the divorce valid
