If it was a result of intoxications, he is not included in the hadeeth.

I want to know about a hadeeth. ” a person who died due to stomach illness would be in jannah “. The stomach illness is due to drinking but he felt guilty later in his bed(at his serious condition) and suffered a lot of pain for more than 3 months. Is the above hadeeth applicable for him.
