Assalamu alaikum, please what did the prophet (S.A.W) say about silver rings. Is it true that it is a form of protection for the wearer? Jazakallah khairan

What is the ruling with regards to wearing necklaces bearing Allah/Muhammad (swt) names or ayatul kursi/surahs. Is it permissible to wear those, and not with the belief that these will protect me from evil eyes whatsoever. It is just that I am fond of them.

Ya Sheikh I sent you a mail asking of the permissibility of kneeling to greet our parents and elders and you said it’s prohibited.Unfortunately my parent are not understanding and wants to quarrel me because they believ to a deviant sect who forbades respect(kneeling to greet) ones parents and elders.I don’t want to have issues with them, please Advice me.
