He never fasted Wednesday! It was Monday and Thursday. He didn’t want to burden his Ummah.

Asalaamu alaikum wa rahamatullahi wa barakaatuhu Is there any known wisdom behind the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم fasting Mondays and Wednesdays instead of the fast of Dawuud صلى الله عليه وسلم? Because the fast of Dawuud is said to be better.

Assalamu Aliakum Sheikh , my question is that I by the hidayah of Allah fast every Monday ,Thursday n also the white days of every month. What is the ruling for theses fast that I am observing n get my periods so should I break them on the spot or should I continue them until magrib time. I break the fast on the spot have I done sin if yes then how should I compensate it ? Pls guide me .
