Assalaamu alaykum! I’d like to ask when paying zakaah this year do I have to include also the taxmoney which I will be receiving on december this year? Last year when I worked I paid too much taxes and this year on december I will receive them back. I know how much they are. Do I have to include them in this years zakaah even if I don’t have them yet? JazakAllaahu khairan

I have an uncle who recently suffered a stroke and as such he is currently unemployed. We would like to give our zakat to him but without telling him that it is zakat because he would be very upset if he knew it was zakat and might refuse it. So could we give him our zakat without telling him that it is zakat?
