If nothing went into,your stomach, the fasting is valid.

Last Ramadan I visited ENT doctor while fasting (I had a sinus) he inserted a tampon soaked with small amount of medicine into my nostril. Do I have to make up for that day? I might felt the taste of medicine in my throat after some time but I spitted out in order to clean my throat.

I have a question regarding to the days that I didn’t fast during Ramadan. I made up for 7 days but I’m not sure if it should be 8. So my question is, do I have to fast another day or is this wrong as it’s bidaa?

Please could you advise regarding the times we have for fasting in the UK. Most masajid I believe will do end of suhur at around 3am but there are few masajid who will use 1am. I have read this is due to the 15 and 18 degree rulings but I don’t understand them. Please can you advise what we should do as this creates differences within families etc. Jazak Allah khair Wasalaam
