My father has a property. he is alive but mentally unstable to make decisions due to the brain stroke he had. It was decided to divide the property to avoid the rift between the siblings. My question is what type of calculation we apply whilst both parents are alive & the property belongs to father. Children are 6 sons & 4 daughters.
