You must not use credit cards unless you charge it with the amount you are going to use before you actually use it!

  I want to start a new business and for buying and purchasing we must use credit card as there is no other option. Can we use this option in these circumstances ?

There is scholar goes by the name of Javed Ghamdi in pakistan who is spreading deviant thoughts in Pakistan who is a Munkar e hadith has recently fired a topic of interest and claims that there is no interest on usable Items such as cars, houses and machinery. For instance a bank buy u a house for 200k although the real value at this time is 175k then what ever extra the bank is charging is the rent and it is halal. He also says the original Hurmat of interest is on taking interest not on giving. Please explain asap in details so that i can forward it to people as well.
