Can married couple can do nikaah again, to one another, if they wish to at any point of life??

Shaikh, I want to know that is it permissible to marry over video chatting? If the girl’s father agrees as well as the girl, but the girl cannot meet the boy face to face because they both live in two continents. The girl lives away from her father, but her father agreed to marry her to the boy she wants to marry. So is it permissible for the boy to marry her over Skype?
