How do i advise someone about not exposing sins, do I tell them about that hadith where the sins of those who expose the sins, are not forgiven. Also is it true that they are challenging Allah when they are exposing those sins?

The hadeeth is a good way. As for challenging Allah, I don’t know about this but indeed it is a great sin.
