ISIS are Khawarij and a deviant cult of Islam and the Prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam had described them for us and had called them the hounds of hell!

They kill other mujahideen and Muslims and brutally mutilate their bodies. They give takfeer to all Muslim rulers.

does islam support ISS. if not then why and if yes then why?

There are some people who support ISIS, they do takfeer upon king salman(hafizahullah) and I know that this is wrong. Moreover, when we(followers of ahlus sunnah wal jamaah) go onto give them dawah about the right manhaj, they mock at us by saying “madkhali”or “anarkali, “in this case, do they commit kufr and we don’t protest them, in this case,do we also indulge in major kufr?
