The “light of Allah” is of two types; the light of Allah which is one of His beautiful attributes like His hearing and seeing and this is His Attribute and nit created. The second type is the light of the sun and that of the stars and all other types of light. This is a creation of Allah and Allah is the giver of such light.

In this ayah, when Allah says: Allah is the light of the heavens and the earth, is this literal meaning or does it mean guidance. Please sheikh clear this up for me.
