If we have to lower our gaze, how do we speak to women if needed?

I am over 30 years.from Nigeria,i usually get sexual temptations to watch nude women or touch sensitive parts of women.abut though I have never commited zina,but am pressed to go ahead and start doing these things because I know d places that prostitutes stay.please how can i resist all these sexual temptations?am a graduate I don’t have a job doing…so please you people should make dua for me to quickly get a job that am well paid and get married to a well practising muslimah.
