This was ok!

The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam had said: between the athan and
Iqamah, there is a (single) prayer” and he added in the third time: to whomever wishes to do so.

4 the maqrib Salah we went to the masjid made 2 raka n wait 4 the adhan then adhan took place after that the sisters put 2 raka so again i did 2 raka when finished I asked 1 of sister she said we did salahtill masjid so my Q:Is it okay I made 2 raka b4 the iqama after the adhan or not? need ur kind help.
