Should i say sami allahu liman hamidah when praying behind imam

ANSWER: No, you should only say Rabbana wa lakal hamd while rising up from Ruku.

I saw an answer that women aren’t allowed to post their pictures online, but men can. If men post their pictures online the women might stare or look at it. Does women have to lower their gaze too, why are men allowed to post online and women aren’t allowed though?

ANSWER: This is why Allah ordered women to wear the hijab while men are not ordered to do so because they are not fitna as women.

I work for a company that send its employees to work in IT department for a bank. I get paid by the company not the bank, is this still haram income?

ANSWER: Doing the project of a conventional interest based bank is absolutely prohibited and the income is haram, whether you’re paid by your company or the bank, this does not matter.

If someome missed salatul juma’at. How many raka’at one is going to pray? Or one is going to pray complete 4 rakat.

ANSWER: If he missed the Friday prayer for a valid reason, he must pray 4 rakahs of dhuhr.

There is a revert sister, living with her ***** family. She can’t disclose her faith to them because it can cost her life. She couldn’t fast in Ramadhan nor she is able to feed the poor as a compensation, because of her financial status. What should she do ?

ANSWER: If the threat on her life is real and genuine, she must make up for these days later on when she is away from her family and safe for her to practice. Feeding is not an option because she is healthy.

ANSWER: Go to the nearest Islamic center and hangout there and get to know the muslims and be with them. Look in your university for righteous practicing muslims and hangout with them as well.

Can we give mony in aqeeqah as here in our society it is custom to give and take mony on weddings walima & aqeeqah ..people who wil not give the mony wil be caled as they were bagger they came eat food & run,ddn’t given any thing. is it permisible or not or if we do so wil we be sin full? Or can we replace mony with gift.. or it will be counted same as giving mony.i dont want to go against sunnah

ANSWER: No problem at all in giving money in an envelope or gifts on such occasions. Giving gifts is part of the Sunnah. However, forcing people to give or be slandered like this, this is totally prohibited and the whole community is sinful for not changing this bad habit which burdens the poor.

Once the Mahr is bought by the groom for the bride, is there any ruling that the Mahr needs to be given directly all by the groom himself to the bride or can he ask his parents or the girl’s parents to hand it over to her.

ANSWER: If the marriage contract was not done yet, she shouldn’t be in contact with him. If he is already married to her, there is no problem in him giving to her or to her father.

Can I pray the sunnah prayer which is 4 + 2 rakat of duhar, 2 of maghrib and 2 of isha at the prophet mosque & haram ? Since Im a traveller. If I do so is there anything wrong. I heard a traveller should not be praying the sunnah.

ANSWER: You should skip the sunnah of Dhuhr, Maghrib and Isha and you can offer all other sunnah prayers as you like.
