I’ve read a post frm u dat if a person wakes up w/a wet on her underwear even f he has no wet dreams, he needs to make ghusl. Is it true? If yes, wat if it happens every time he woke up?

Is it true that while you do wudu, if any drop of the water of your wudu (for example a drop from your hand or nose or face that you already washed in wudu) fall down inside your vessel from which u are doing the wudu you cannot use that water to wash the left part of the body like leg or head etc to complete the rest of the wudu?
