If you cut the cable, they will have someone fix it and they will know that someone has physically cut it and that can only be you. If there is no way for them to know and they can’t restore the service back, you can do such a thing.

Better more, you should make them believe that this is affecting their thinking and that it has a negative impact on your sister. Talk to your mother frankly and ask her if she wants to see her daughter going out with a man because she fell in love with or not?

My mother and little sister watch alot of Television soaps which are stupid in nature I believe its certainly effecting my sister’s upbringing as all channels are UnIslamic they are influencing her thinking. So can I cut the cable without letting them know because they would feel bad if I tell them.

I have many friends, Muslim friends, that indulge in things, for example, drugs, stealing, alcohol and even zinnah. i want to help them but if i continously keep talking about what they theyre doing is wrong, i want to help them but if i continously keep talking about what they theyre doing is wrong, they feel kind of insecure and uncomfortable around me. Also, some act like they don’t do anything wrong in my presences but when i am gone they still do it. So, my question basically is: Should I keep telling them even if they feel insecure or should I let them go on the way they are going on? JazakAllah
