This Duaa is authentic and you can say it as many times per day and night as you wish!

اللّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاك Sheikh Hope you are well. Is it true that said dua is better to overcome on debt or loan? if yes how many times after prayer and if not then, what is best dua for it? Thanks

sheikh, sometimes I read quran on my desk at work, or while I’m working I listen to tasbeeh on my mp4 and say it in my head. Must I move my tongue? I feel more comfortable reading in my head because my Arabic is a bit weak. Is it obligatory to move my tongue??
