ANSWER:

You should make the sajda without standing up or raising hands. You should simply say the takbeer from your sitting position and make one sajda and no takbeer while coming back from it. This Sajda is recommended but it is not mandatory, 

when i sit and recite the quran ,i read a verse of sajda…do i need to stand up and do the taqbeerathul ihram then ruqu then one sajda or can i do only the sajda without standing up for the taqbeer?
