ANSWER:

The statement is correct and the Quran is not created! 

Going deep into such a statement is a characteristic of innovators.  

 

There is a pamphlet about Islam I want to give it to a non-Muslim. It is produced by a Salafi organisation but I think they accidentally wrote this without thinking about it. They say “Allah(God), the Creator of the universe and everything in it”. Now the problem is by saying “everything in it” then they are saying the Mushaf and our recitation is created. Is it ok to distribute this pamphlet?
