The minimum is to move your tongue while making duaa to be acceptable. Try to write what you want to ask Allah on a piece of paper and then you can say it in prayer.

There are things on my mind which i would like to say but I can’t put them into words. I want to make dua but I don’t know how to express my feelings concisely into speech. Does it suffice to request Allah that He “Accept that which is in my heart”?
