ANSWER:

No problem in working there if their business and your job description is halal. But you must not support such filth. 

There are some organisations which support LGBT by putting a rainbow colour flag on their company logo on LinkedIn. These organisations have operations/branches in Islamic countries as well. Is it allowed to work in such organisations in an Islamic country? Would the money be halal?
