Some urine drops fell on the floor and I did not wash the floor because it is difficult to drain the water. I had wiped the floor 3 times after washing the cloth. Is the floor paak?

If someone have wet dream, he noticed at 1or 2 O’clock, then he slept again, thought he will wake up before fajr then make ghusl & pray. Is this ok? Or he has to make ghusl as soon as he noticed he had wet dreams? Pls remember we r workers if we have to wake up midnight & make ghusl we might not be able to sleep again soon, it will affect our day time work.
