The verdict is for those who ask for ruqyah to be done on themselves. You can do it on yourself and also on others without any problems.

So sheikh if I do ruqya by myself upon me.I will not be excluded from that 70000 who will enter jannah without accountance.i know it doesn’t mean I can do anything prohibited & won’t be accountable but I want to be from them also.
