sir, is it permissible for me to chant Bharat Mata ki Jai! (Victory to Mother India), Vande Mataram! (Mother, I salute thee) Jai Hind! (Victory to India)? Or sing the national anthem Translation: Thou art the ruler of the minds of all people, Dispenser of India’s destiny. Thy name rouses the hearts of Punjab, Sindh, Gujarat and Maratha, Of the Dravida, Uthkal and Bengal……?
